PROACTIVE MANAGEMENT

In various situations, it may be appropriate to manage a property long term for pest related issues, as part of an ongoing agreement. This service will include periodic monitoring, tailored to the property type, location and pests controlled. This will suit most commercial properties, but domestic premises can also be covered.

I can install a range of treatment solutions to control various types of pests, such as:

Rats, mice, squirrels, moles, birds, ants, wasps, bees, carpet moth and carpet beetles, fleas, cockroaches, mites, booklice and more...

PROPERTY SURVEYS

Property surveys are at the heart of what I do. With a strong focus on prevention over pesticides, I will identify the unwelcome guests, highlight probable causes, detail entry points and on request, carry out property improvements to stop pests getting in for the future.
